Repeatedly...

These few days I have a habit to listen to songs repeatedly.
The songs are as below.
1.身骑白马by徐佳莹
I don't know this singer but I like this song, especially the chorus part:
我身骑白马 走三关
我改换素衣 回中原
放下西凉 没人管
我一心只想 王宝钏
She sings it very well.
2.再一次拥有by龚诗嘉
This song is so so nice. I feel so touched by her singing.
没有你的夜特别漆黑
只能闭上双眼去感觉
没有我的夜 谁在你身边
代替了那个从前
I wonder will this happen to me?
3.She Wolf by Shakira
My roomie always sing this song in room. So, I downloaded it.
Well, after listening to it, kind of like this song. XD
My roomie can sing all these type of songs quite well. lol
Today, he complained about his belly. It's time for him to keep fit! Haha...
4. My Wish by Rascal Flatts
This song was recommended by Yew Ei through email to her friends . She's now in U of Minnesota.
"Yo! My friends!!! I just got to know a song by Rascal Flatts - My Wish...while listening to it,I thought of you all and the moments we shared...and that's my wish to you all too...hope you will enjoy it...I miss you!!!"
This is the content of the email. She's a happy-go-lucky girl. All the best to her in US.
My wish, for you.
5. The Climb by Miley Cyrus
After LTC, I started to love this song. It's a very nice song!
"There's always gonna be another mountain.
I'm always gonna wanna make it move.
Always gonna be an uphill battle
But Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose.
Ain't about how fast I get there.
Ain't about what's waitin on the other side.
It's the climb."
So motivating!
Well, the day after tomorrow is my finals. I'm waiting for it. Some of my friends will start their finals tomorrow. Good luck to them! Good luck to me as well!=)

I see hope!

Recently, keep on busying on the unis application stuffs.
Which uni to choose? That's the question.
There're so many universities in America. It's really a headache for me to choose which uni to apply for.

Finals are in one week time. Yet, I've not started my study.
What to do? I should study lar!
Statistic and Philosophy... Gonna tackle them down...
Good luck to me and also my fellow friends in finals!

Today,I got back my philosophy project. And, guess what? I got a quite high mark for the project.
"Good paper! You read a lot! Keep it up. It's good to read because it helps you to think," commented by Mr Eddy.
Well, I think Mr Eddy has been deceived by my paper. lol
Thanks also to somebody in helping me!
I gonna miss his class because I've attended all his subject classes. No more subject I can take under him.

I see hope!
What's my hope? Just do a guess...
Gonna work hard for my hope! =)

We won!

We won?
Who are the "we"?
We are Kah Jing, Jia Xiang, Mern Jie, and Jia Hui.
Won what?
Won the big appetite competition!
We are the champion!

Woo~

In red shirts, we won the prize!

At first we just wanted to have some fun in the competition.
But, we ended up with the prize of RM 100 of voucher of a restaurant. Haha.
It's about luck or strenght?
We joined the group marathon competition.
There're noodle, biscuits and breads, vegetables, and half a watermelon.
Noodle's settled by Kah Jing. He finished it pretty fast.
Secondly, Jia Xiang continued with biscuits and breads. He ate them extremely fast, making us leading in front of other groups. I wonder how he finished all the 14 pieces of biscuits and 8 slices of breads so fast. The biscuits and breads're so dry!
It's my turn after him. The cucumbers, the carrots, and one tomato're the food I need to finish. Frankly, I'm the slowest among them. It's so hard to chew the carrot! They are all so raw! Well, I ate them rawly. It's my first time ever finished all these food as my dinner. Kind of sick of them. But then, I felt healthy after eating them. lol

Those cucumbers, carrots, and tomato...

My mouth was full of those vegies...

Lastly, it's Jia Hui's turn. He finished the half of the watermelon very fast! This's what people told me so. I could'nt see his "performance" as i was busy chewing the carrots in my mouth. My mouth was full of carrots at that time!

There's an ultimate drink at last. It's a mixture of bittergourd and celery if not mistaken. Kah Jing and Jia Xiang finished them in a split of second. And, we're declared as the winners! Yay!
We're actually very happy at that time! It's so unexpected!

We won maybe due to people's cheering around. Thanks for the cheers and for the pressure given. lol If not, we would'nt win...

It's a nice experience! It's our pride!
What's been proven? We actually can eat a lot! =D

Life is fragile!

Life itself is unpredictable.
Life is short. You will not know what wil happen at the next second.
Appreciate every moment from now onwards!

I don't really know him well. But it's quite a shock to hear the bad news about him.
"Lim ’13 Found Dead in Dorm Room"
The title of the Cornell Daily Sun goes like this.
http://www.cornellsun.com/section/news/content/2009/10/20/lim-%E2%80%9913-found-dead-dorm-room

He's of the age of us, flied to US in the past August. He's only one months plus over there and we heard this news today. What do you think?

Life is fragile. It's too early for him, seriously. His life must be mistakenly taken. =(
Hope he can rest in peace.

=D

All the courseworks and tests came to an end.
All the syllabuses were finished teaching by Mr Eddy and Miss Chuah.
No more Statistic class unless you have questions to ask.
No more Philosophy class unless you enjoy watching movies.

Mr Eddy will show movies during classes in this week.
Today, he showed us the movie titled "Peaceful Warrior".
It's a movie based on the novel Way of the Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman. The film took place in University of California, Berkeley, one of the best school in US. It featured a troubled but talented gymnastwho met a spiritual guide. It's quite confusing to watch it as the spiritual guide's existence is so unpredictable.
"Clear your trash in your mind." This is what I learned from this movie. Haha... Overall, it's a kind of boring movie due to its philosophical traits.

The movie we watched yesterday night, Drag Me to Hell, is much more better than Peaceful Warrior though it did not carry any message to me. Yeah, I finished the movie Drag Me to Hell that I wanted to watch a few months ago. Disappointedly, it's not a good movie. All the scenes are so fake to me and it's not scary or horror at all. We keep on laughing to watch all the scenes. And, it's also a boring movie...

Kind reminder: I don't have classes tomorrow! =D

告诉我
这路 该怎么走... ...

Sometimes I just wonder am i on the right track?

The Day After Tomorrow

I finished writing my philosophy project!!!
Friendship. Education. Happiness.
These three topics were those I wrote on...
Tomorrow I'll have Philosophy test 2 and Statistic quiz... Bless me... =)

After finished my project, I watched The Day After Tomorrow.
It's a nice movie released in 2004. If you haven't watch it, you should download it and have a look.
The movie brought us this message:
Our Earth is fragile...
We should appreciate our Earth!
I'm now longing for the movie 2012! It'll be released soon and it's about the end of the day!

Well, the day after tomorrow comes to my free period before final on 29th and 31st!

And, I learned how to play Mahjong today! lol
Taught by Wei Kean and Adam... I learned quite fast though. ^^
It's actualy an easy game to play...
I also played Poker Cards with Wei Kean, Ah Moi, Adam, Bee Chiun, and Wendy...
It's a nice session to foster our friendship...
Throughout this, at least I knew them better...

Well, gonna continue with my phiosophy project after my sleep!
And, need to wake up early for breakfast and for doing laundry...
Busy weekend will I have due to philosophy project and test 2 on Monday!
After Monday, I'll be free for a while! Yeah!
Two more days to go, GAMBATEH! =)

Friendship

Now I'm going to write about friendship as my own philosophy for the project.
But, I'm stucked with the Confucius quote: " Have no friends not equal to yourself."
What does it mean? It's so philosophical!

没朋友不等于一个人?
没有朋友你不是人?

How to perceive this sentence???
Friendship is a deep knowledge... *sigh*

*Edit*
After I checked, the translation into chinese of the sentence is "毋友不如己者". It means don't be friend with those who are not as good as you.

Personally, I do not agree with this statement. I think so do my friends. =)

A productive day?

Due to coughing still, and phlegm in my throat, so I went to the dispensary.
It's completely free of charge!
I got three packets of chinese medicine from there.
One packet to be taken each day. And, I took one packet today by three times.
Hopefully, cough and phlegm will stay away from me after this.

It's birthday for Phriya, Jess, and my god brother today!
For Phriya, a cake for all the committees. Well, for her it's a surprise indeed! As usual, pay after eating the small little piece of cake.
For Jess, it's suggested by that irresponsibe fella, Adam, to celebrate her birthday! He suggested it but did nothing! Even buyinng a cake he also forgot! Damn him! Well, it's a surprise to Jess also. Just waking up from her dreamland, surprised by us waiting outside for her birthday celebration, she actually "acted shy" after seeing us. It's a good one. By the way, her present wrapping part wasted my one hour plus to complete it! This is due to it's tough to wrap a bear with fancy paper. Well, the result is nice! ^^
For my god brother, I would call him after class. Are you wondering who is my god brother? He's the one i knew from Rural Camp. Hopefuly, he's doing well now.

From this...

To this...

Just now I was rushing for my Statistic project. It's my first time ever to rush an assignment till so late since I've been here in INTI. This is mainly because of the existence of irresponsible people in this world. One of my group member sent me his part so late at 11 something just now. The due date is today! And, he didn't even finish his part! I'm wondering why there're so many irresponsible people in this world. Well, I've finished it already. *sigh*

It's 2am in the morning now! And, I have class at 8 tomorrow! Gotta sleep now! Nitez! =)

Sleepy Head...

I've been sleeping too much, making people always think that I just wake up...
After wearing contact lens, when people seeing me, then they will ask: "You just woke up?"

XD
*sigh*

Something's wrong!

Something's wrong with me physicaly and mentally!
I still cough, and the worst part is that I lost my voice!
My parents told me to seek for doctor, and I have not to that yet. I just don't really know which clinic to go and I just hope that it will recover by itself. But, it's not! I think I will seek for a doctor most probably on Monday if the condition still stays the same.
Am I physicallly become weaker? I have no idea. Recently, I love to sleep! Is this because I'm too tired or I'm too lazy to face with everything? Even my roomie told me that sleeping too much is not good for health! Yeah, I know the fact. But, I really cannot control myself from sleeping...
Mentally, I tend to escape from everything. I know it's not a good way in solving a problem. But, what to do? No idea! Maybe one day, the very soon day, I will be awakened!

Random...

Food Bazaar ended... Last event finished! It's quite a success...
That means I'll be free from the club events for this moment...

Next coming stuffs that will fill up my free time are all about projects, assignments, and tests...
The major project all in all is to write my own philosophy of ten pages...
How can I write that???
*sigh*
These few days I cough like nobody's business...
Even Strepsils, Pei Pa Koa, and Fisherman's Friend no cure...
What to do??
*sigh again*
Hope that I can recover from it very very soon!

By the way, I cut my hair.... No much difference indeed...
And, I saw this on my way to the saloon...
I wonder how the driver drove... But there was no people in the car when i saw this... The car moved by itself?? XD

I Gotta Feeling!

I gotta feeling!
Yeah! I gotta feeling!

Philosophy midterm test had passed! Well, I'm not sure how will the result be, but what for to think for it...

Recently, I realized that I've became more optimistic!
Yeah! It's a good thing!
Keep it up!
It's useless to think too much!
Let bygone be bygone!

Look for future! Look for tomorrow!

I gotta feeling that tonight's gonna be a good night...
That tonight's gonna be a good night...
That tonight's gonna be a good good night...

=)

LTC at Fraser's Hill

LTC stands for Leadership Training Camp. It's more like a trip instead of a camp. It's a good thing or bad thing? Well, did my leadership skills improve? I'm not really sure about it. But, one thing I can sure is that I did really have fun at Fraser's Hill.
It's my first time to go to Fraser's Hill. And, it took four and half an hour to reach there from INTI. The journey is kind of tiring. We set down in Pine Resort. Yeah, we stayed in resort instead of tents or camps. That's the feeling of hoildays!
Fraser's Hill is a nice place to travel. The air over there is fresh. And, it's a good chance to walk through the mother nature. It's all green!

The Pine Resort

Everything was going pretty well over there. I can mix well with teammates. And, it's good to know different people from different clubs. I did learn a lot from them. Lots of activities were carried out like amazing race, drama presentation and some games. There's a game thaat I love a lot. Here's how's the game going on. First , everyone must be blindfolded. And, everyone is randomly put in places by the people in charge. And, everyone is required to find back all their teammates in a dark condition. Overall, I like this camp.
From left to right:
Wan Yi, Mark, Mun Hon, Torros, Chew Wei, Shi Yee, me, Kenny, Wei Lun
photographer: Swee Yien ARES from Mangolia
Well, I spent my Mooncake Festival over there without mooncakes and lanterns. It's okay for me though.Looking forward for this festival next year!
The beauty of nature
Hope that there's still chance for me to go to Fraser's Hill again... =)

Busy-nye!

Memang ku ni recently berry busy!

These few days going out early in the morning at 8am for class then come back for shower then going out again... The latest time to come back for sleep is almost 2am. Everyday I come back, my roomie is already in his dreamland. Our conversation is becoming fewer. Sometimes, we didn't talk for the whole day!

Wondering I'm busy for what? Busy for Leo Club's stuffs. Now only I know it's so busy to be a committee of a club. Even the time to be with good friends is becoming lesser and lesser...

And, it's a busy week ahead! Leadership Training Camp, Philosophy midterm test, and then Food Bazaar... Hope that I can cope with it... =)

Of blood and eyes...

Intended to donate blood but fail!
Want to wear contact lens also fail!

Fail to donate blood due to lack of sleep.
Lack of oxygen in the checking room made me felt like fainting.
Skip of lunch made me dizzy.
First time of blood donation failed.
Fail to wear contact lens due to impatience.
It's hard to hold the contact lens on tip of finger.
It's hard to fix it in eyes.
Tried for 20mins+ at the counter but still failed.
These things costs me 35 bucks. Some said cheap; some said expensive. Whatever... Still, I haven't wear it yet. Hope I'll succeed to wear it. If not, it's wasted...

This photo was taken after purchasing the contact lens... Nice? ^^
